Decision on style of music magazine, based on research carried out

I am going to do a Pop magazine, with a simplistic approach. I will use one big main image and minimal writing around the outside. I think that this is effective because it gives the reader a lot more to look at than read, which I feel a magazine front cover is about. I have taken inspiration from these following covers as I feel with these combined, I can make the best possible magazine.
